Range Calendar

UPDATE  In response to lots of questions, let me catch everyone up on our latest news.  On 25 September the workshop & apartment at the top of the hill burned to the ground.  It is a total loss, including gunsmithing and reloading rooms.  Thankfully, we were not in the building - Bill has been in memory care for the past year, and in January, I moved into a small cabin down the hill, closer to the Range.  Our house pets, my rabbitry and all but one beehive was lost, as well as the rainwater collection and storage, and there's a huge mess to clean up.  If anyone has or knows of a roll-off dumpster that could be donated or rented at a discount, please let me know.  If anyone feels inclined to help financially, a donation account has been set up at Johnson City Bank - please text me directly for details.  The Range is still open for members and guests - check the calendar, as always.

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION REQUEST!!

We are once again using the driveway that is directly adjacent to the north berm, so are reinstating an old range policy. 

If you are on range and hear three horn honks, that means 'hold your fire', as we will be driving on the other side of the berm. When we're clear, you will hear two horn honks, meaning 'all clear', and you can resume shooting.

Please check the Range & Member Info page for policy and rate changes/updates prior to requesting range reservations.

The Range Calendar will show "Reserved" range time, and will be updated daily (sometimes more often).   If you 'hover' over the reservation, you can see the start and end times.  If a date shows "Open. No orientations" that means that Range Members can reserve range time, but no guest or new member orientations are available.  

We hope this Calendar helps you know what times are available to reserve, and makes it easier to request your range time.

If you do not receive a confirmation to a reservation request, do NOT assume you can come to the range anyway!  You must have a confirmed range reservation.

We understand that stuff happens and people sometimes run late.  If you need us to meet you on the range for an orientation, to renew membership, etc., and you find that you will be running more than a couple of minutes late, please be courteous, and let us know.  Text, call, or email!  Thanks!
